Pool Liner Warranty

Swimline pool liners are warranted against defects in workmanship that cause seam separation during the applicable warranty period. Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and is subject to prorated replacement terms.

Required documentation for liner warranty claims

To ensure your liner warranty claim can be processed efficiently, please prepare the following before submitting your request:

• Proof of purchase (receipt showing purchase date)

• Photos clearly showing the seam defect

• Liner size, shape, and type

• Pool wall height

• Liner thickness and pattern

• Retailer name and purchase location

Submitting a liner warranty request

To submit a Swimline liner warranty claim:

• Review the liner warranty coverage and exclusions below

• Gather the required documentation listed above

• Complete the liner warranty request form

• Upload proof of purchase and supporting images

• Submit your claim for review

Important:
If your liner is defective within 1-year of purchase, a piece of the affected area will need to be mailed for assessment.

Retail purchase requirements

Swimline does not sell pool liners directly to consumers. If your liner was purchased through a local retailer or online marketplace, that retailer is your primary point of contact for returns, exchanges, and purchase-related questions.

Swimline cannot process returns or exchanges for liners purchased outside of Swimline.com. Retail warranty claims must follow the procedures outlined on this page and may require retailer confirmation.

Important liner warranty notes

• Liner warranties are prorated and based on seasonal use

• Coverage applies only to seam separation resulting from manufacturing defects

• Warranty is void if the pool is emptied

• Improper installation or water chemistry imbalance may void coverage

Warranty exclusions

This liner warranty does not cover:

• Rips, tears, punctures, or other mechanical damage

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation

• Wind, ice, transportation, or storage-related damage

• Failure to follow product instructions or perform proper maintenance

• Unauthorized repairs or product modifications

• Improper chemical use or water imbalance

• Acts of nature or events beyond manufacturer control

• Cosmetic issues such as fading or printing irregularities

• Damage resulting from draining the pool

Swimline is not responsible for labor costs, water replacement, chemical loss, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Dealer and distributor claims

Dealers and distributors with direct Swimline accounts must submit warranty claims through their assigned Swimline sales representative. This consumer warranty form is not intended for trade use.
