Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on Swimline.com are processed and shipped, including shipping regions, delivery timelines, costs, and what to do if an issue occurs. Swimline currently ships to addresses within the continental United States only. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Swimline’s online store.

Where we ship 

Swimline currently ships within the United States only. 

  • Orders ship to valid U.S. addresses 

  • We do not ship internationally at this time 

  • U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses may be excluded depending on carrier restrictions 

Processing before shipment 

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days before leaving our facility. 

Please note: 

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time 

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day 

  • During peak seasonal periods, processing times may be extended 

How orders are shipped 

All online orders are shipped via standard UPS Ground.

  • Expedited shipping options are not currently offered

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Shipping costs

We offer a flat $9.95 shipping and handling fee on eligible online store orders. 

Shipping costs may vary or be excluded for: 

  • Oversized or heavy items 

  • Special promotions or limited-time offers 

  • Orders requiring special handling 

Tracking your shipment 

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has scanned the package. 

If you do not see your tracking email: 

  • Check your spam or promotions folder 

  • Log into your Swimline account (if applicable) 

  • Contact Support for assistance 

Transit expectations 

After shipment, standard ground delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on location. 

Delivery times may be impacted by: 

  • Weather conditions 

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak shipping seasons 

  • Remote delivery locations 

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

Address accuracy 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. 

If a package is: 

  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address 

  • Refused by the recipient 

  • Undeliverable by the carrier 

Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order. 

If there’s an issue with delivery 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact Swimline Support promptly. 

To help us assist you, include: 

  • Order number 

  • Description of the issue 

  • Photos of damaged packaging or products (if applicable) 

Damage and fulfillment claims must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for review.

Orders purchased elsewhere 

This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed on Swimline.com. 

If you purchased a Swimline product from: 

  • A retailer 

  • An online marketplace 

  • A third-party seller 

Shipping, delivery, and return policies are governed by that seller, not Swimline.
