Return Policy

This page outlines Swimline’s return policy for purchases made directly through Swimline.com. It explains eligibility requirements, return timelines, product condition standards, refund processing, and how to start a return request.

Please note that Swimline does not accept returns for products purchased through direct retailers or online 3rd party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).

What can be returned 

Returns are accepted only for orders that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Purchased directly from Swimline.com

  • Initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Product is unused, uninflated, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included

  • Proof of purchase (order number and email) is provided

If these conditions are not met, the return may be denied.

Items that cannot be returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased from retailers, distributors, or online marketplaces (including Amazon)

  • Used, inflated, assembled, or damaged items

  • Products not in original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Seasonal items showing signs of use or wear

Retail purchases must be returned through the original place of purchase.

30-Day return period

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns received outside this window will not be accepted.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on payment method and bank processing times.

Product condition standards

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninflated

  • In original packaging

  • Free from dirt, wear, or damage

  • Returned with all included parts, manuals, and accessories

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.

How to start a return 

  1. Submit a return request using the Online Return Form

  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from Swimline Support

  3. Securely package the item for return

  4. Ship the product back within the provided timeframe

  5. Refund is issued after inspection and approval

Refund processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection.

Exchanges policy 

Swimline does not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different item, please return the original product following this policy and place a new order through Swimline.com or direct retailer.

Issues with your order

If your Swimline.com order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact Support within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue

  • Include your order number and description of the problem

These cases are handled separately from standard returns and do not replace warranty coverage.

Purchases made outside Swimline.com

Swimline does not process returns or refunds for products purchased through:

  • Local pool retailers

  • Online retailers

  • Third-party marketplaces (including Amazon)

All returns, exchanges, and purchase inquiries for retail orders must be handled by the seller or retailer where the product was purchased, in accordance with their policies.

Return shipping responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Swimline does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns

Exceptions may apply for damaged or incorrect shipments.
